This event is for individuals who have experienced depression, anxiety, trauma or loss, and:
– experience difficulty with work, school, relationships or self-care
– often feel a sense of low self-worth or self-esteem
– have difficulty asking for help or getting needs met

What you will get:
+ Validation and support:  Your experience is not your fault
+ Techniques aimed at changing problematic thought patterns that keep us “stuck”
+ Tools you can use to tolerate distress, increase self-awareness and regulate emotions
+ Tips for developing support and communicating effectively with others in your life
