Do you have moments of feeling overwhelmed, exhausted or lonely?  Is being a mother or parent different than you expected?  Are you looking for tools and practices to reconnect with yourself, improve your relationships, and better understand and feel better in your postpartum mind and body?  Do you want to connect with other people who really get it, and are living it too?  We know that the postpartum period- the weeks, months (and years!) after birth can be emotional, stressful, confusing, exhausting, exhilarating, joyful, and transformative, or all of this and more all at the same time!

This unique and gourmet 5-week series offers gentle movement, guided relaxation, honest conversation, breath work, ritual, connection, celebration, and nourishing food for you.  You will learn mindfulness practices and a myriad of skills to support physical, emotional and spiritual health and healing after pregnancy and birth that you can start to use immediately to improve your mental and physical health.  You will learn about your baby’s physical and emotional development to support your attunement and bonding.  Classes will be uniquely tailored to the needs, desires and experiences of the group.

This class is appropriate for you if you have given birth at least 4 weeks before the class begins and up to 2 years prior.  Babes in arms (pre-crawling) are welcome (but not required) to attend with mom.

Join us!   This group will be limited to 6 people, so sign up soon to hold your space.  The group will be facilitated by Cortney Seltman.   The cost is $195 for the 5-week series.  Sliding scale space is available.  Contact or call (412) 223-7725 for more information or to hold your spot.
