My Specialties
*Families navigating the loss of a pregnancy, infant, or child.
I want to walk this unknown with you and support you on this journey. I know there are no words that can take this pain away, and that is never my goal. My hope is to help you move through the pain and find a way to remember the joy they brought into your life. I know this pain, and I want to support you.
*Families processing traumatic childbirths and subsequent pregnancies.
There are ways to help you walk through this. We work to understand what has happened, understand current triggers, and create a plan to live the life you WANT to live. This makes it sound very simplified – but when you are ready to do the hard work, I got you.
*Medical providers navigating secondary traumatic stress.
I want to change the dialog not to be ‘if’ providers develop secondary traumatic stress – but rather ‘when.’ Medical providers usually enter the field to help people, AND people die, or traumatic events happen. It is impossible to be a good provider and show up empathetically for your patients without having their stories impact you eventually.
*Neurodivergent Parenting
Learning how to support neurodivergent kiddos is a journey… especially once you understand the hereditary nature of neurodivergence. I am here to support you and your family on this journey of self-discovery, acceptance, healing, and liberation.
