Some Fun Facts
I truly love the work that I do and care deeply about my clients. I enjoy reading, writing, being in nature, re-watching Gilmore Girls, and spending time with my husband, two loving, needy cats, and my 80lb Aussie/Pyrenees lap dog.
What working with me is like
I believe that we all have a story to tell and that we can find connection, empowerment, and strength through relational support. I am here to remind you that you are not alone. Whether you’re navigating a life transition or experiencing anxiety, stress, or grief & loss, I am here to listen and provide a warm, gentle environment for healing. I truly believe that you are the expert on yourself. I work as your advocate and guide to help you explore identity and belief systems, make a change, or accept what is.
Quote
“You’re braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.” – Christopher Robin
Important about me
I am LGBTQIA2S+ affirming and neurodiversity-affirming. I operate from the belief that diagnoses are helpful in planning treatment, but ultimately not who we are, and can be harmful at times. I view my clients as a whole person - not a pathology.
