Important about me
People seek therapy for various reasons, and I work to provide and hold space for people going through a difficult time. I have nearly 30 years of experience working in the mental health field. I work primarily with adults presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma history, fertility and birth trauma, grief and loss, and interpersonal and communication struggles. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where we can work together to process thoughts, fears, and worries – and find skills to manage those concerns.
