I very much enjoy being outside – be it kayaking, hiking, or anything in between.
What working with me is like
The foundation of a therapeutic relationship depends on empathy and connection. I work to establish a supportive, non-judgemental space for individuals to focus on healing and connection. My practice emphasizes collaboration, recognizing the client as the expert of their own experience. My clinical approach relies heavily on using strengths-based and mindfulness-based approaches to healing.
Quote
“Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.”

Important about me
I make every effort to be culturally competent and informed across each avenue of my life. Although I’ve worked with various people across my career, I find great fulfillment in supporting people healing from trauma.
