Some Fun Facts

I enjoy spending time with my pets, Labyrinth, art, music, nature, and so much more.

What working with me is like

I’ll work with you to use artwork as an expression of inner thoughts and feelings, as well as guided visualization, meditation, and my love of writing prose and poetry to help deepen your therapeutic experience. Art Therapy provides an excellent catalyst for the expression of thoughts and feelings, and helps to find hidden meanings in your life; as your Art Psychotherapist, I am here to assist with making sense of images and finding ways to manage feelings and issues. I walk your path with you, as you lamp-bearer, holding a light so we can navigate challenges together.

Important about me

As an Art Psychotherapist and Counselor, I provide therapy for grief, ADHD, ASD, intimacy and relationship issues, family accord difficulties, as well as helping you to become more self aware, mindful, and reflective. I am black (with a touch of Native American and Irish), neurodivergent, spiritual, queer, kink affirming, a bit disabled, and choose to help using an integrated, person-centered therapy style. I am comfortable working with individuals from diverse cultures and existences and feel that being accepting, objective, respectful, and genuine are characteristics essential in a therapist.
