Some Fun Facts

🐈 Certified cat enthusiast – My kitties run the show, and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. Pet cameos in sessions are always welcome!

🌿 Plant and garden obsessed – Whether it’s tending to my garden or just talking about plants, I find so much joy in watching things grow.

🎨 Creative at heart – Drawing, painting, and crocheting are my go-to ways to unwind and express myself. Bonus points if you want to chat about your latest creative project!

🧘‍♀️ Mind-body connection – Yoga and running help me stay grounded (even if I grumble about it sometimes). Movement is healing, and I love finding ways to make it feel good instead of like a chore.

🖋️ Tattoo collector – Every piece of ink has a story, and I love adding to my collection. If you’re into tattoos, I’d love to hear about yours too!

What working with me is like

If you’re here, chances are you’re exhausted—burnt out from trying to be everything for everyone. Maybe you’re a neurodivergent people-pleaser, struggling with perfectionism or “gifted kid burnout.” Maybe you’re carrying the weight of family conflict, untangling complicated relationships, or even considering setting boundaries that feel impossible. Some days, your emotions feel like a rollercoaster—other days, it’s just… numb. You see the patterns, but breaking them? That feels overwhelming.

I want you to know—you’re not broken, and you don’t have to figure this out alone.

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I bring warmth, humor, and a direct-but-compassionate approach to help you untangle the messy, complicated parts of life. I integrate humanistic therapy, parts work, attachment healing, and real-life skills to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. You don’t have to have it all figured out—just come as you are, and we’ll take it from there.

Important about me

I work with individuals navigating life transitions, gender identity exploration, neurodivergence, complex trauma, anxiety, and depression. My work is informed by both professional training and lived experience—I know how scary and exhausting healing can feel, and I also know it’s possible.

Therapy isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about understanding, accepting, and learning to care for every part of you. And no, you don’t have to do it perfectly. If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d be honored to walk with you.
