I love spending time outside. Running, walking, and camping are my favorite activities.

What working with me is like

My clinical approach is tailored to each client’s needs. I strive to maintain a safe and judgment-free environment where clients feel they can be vulnerable while feeling supported. I focus on the individual’s strengths while maintaining a person-centered and holistic approach. I want therapy to be a collaborative experience and welcome feedback throughout sessions to ensure a client is achieving the experience they want.

Quote

“Hate, it has caused a lot of problems in the world, but has not solved one yet.” - Maya Angelou

Important about me

I received my Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh with a focus in Mental Health. I prioritize maintaining cultural competency and acknowledging the privileges that my identity has granted me. I take with me my own experiences while always respecting your autonomy as the client and welcome members of all communities and identities and look forward to developing a space for you to thrive together.
