Some Fun Facts

I am a self-proclaimed nerd who loves any art involving string. I will probably talk about my dog at some point.

What working with me is like

As a provisional clinical therapist, I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you on your journey. I like to incorporate genuine conversations, laughter, and a bit of play into our sessions. I believe in providing a compassionate, person-centered approach, creating a safe and supportive space where you can feel truly heard and show up as your most authentic self. To give some context to who you are working with: I am in my early 30s, culturally Jewish, neurodivergent, genderqueer, Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, and an avid learner and explorer of new ideas.

Quote

"There is a voice inside of you That whispers all day long, 'I feel this is right for me, I know that this is wrong.' No teacher, preacher, parent, friend, Or wise man can decide What's right for you--just listen to The voice that speaks inside." -- Shel Silverstein

Important about me

I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including those who are neurodiverse, part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, children and adolescents, individuals in active crisis, and those navigating recent trauma. I am committed to continuous learning and embracing people from all walks of life. My therapeutic approach integrates Narrative, Play, and Person-Centered therapies, and I tailor my methods to best meet your unique needs. I strongly believe in fostering a collaborative partnership between therapist and client, creating a space where your voice and goals guide the journey.
