Important about me

I aspire to cultivate a trusting relationship with you so that you feel safe to show up as your authentic and imperfect self. Working in partnership, we will determine your individual goals for therapy and utilize a holistic approach to problem-solve together. Practice makes progress!

My ideal clients would be neurodivergent individuals, women and/or LGBTQIA+ individuals who struggle with anxiety and/or depression, individuals who are interested in boundary work, or individuals who work in helping professions.
