Some Fun Facts
Gardening is one of my favorite self-care and hobby activities. My favorite things to grow are flowers and tomatoes. I love spending time outside, especially by creeks and bodies of water, or cozied up on the couch watching shows with my family.
What working with me is like
I work from a holistic, trauma-informed, and relational-focused approach. I believe that empathy, compassion, and connection can bring deep healing to our lived experiences. I aim to build a supportive connection in collaboration with you as you strive to navigate distressing or overwhelming experiences. I pull from a strengths perspective, feminist theories, holistic approaches, and the intersection of the full depth of one’s identity contributing to the therapeutic experience.

Just keep going
No feeling is final” – Rainer Maria Rilke
