Some Fun Facts

As a Pittsburgh native living in the south hills with my partner — we are always looking for new restaurants and experiences to try in the area. I enjoy getting lost in a good book to decompress at the end of the night. I have a handful of comfort shows that are continually in the queue (I can recite most of The Office). Quality time on the weekend can look both relaxing or hectic with so much family living close. I am actively working on family logistics to add a dog to mix.

What working with me is like

During our sessions you will note a stable presence to find a constant space for holding. I think I can funny - but you will have to decide if that is true. You’ll find me to be compassionate, conversational, genuine, and supportive. My approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed — I work under the impression that you are unique and the expert in your life and we just need to find the missing pieces to help you live the life you seek.

I often use elements of mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), feminist, and holistic approaches. Together we will find the right pace and modalities to best support you.
