Some Fun Facts

I live in the South Hills with my spouse and our golden retriever puppy. We love spending time outdoors as a family and trying new restaurants and experiences in the Pittsburgh area. I have a handful of comfort TV shows that are continually in the queue and enjoy getting lost in a good book. 


What working with me is like

During our sessions you will note a stable presence to find a constant space for holding. I often incorporate humor into sessions along with genuine and authentic conversation. You'll find me to be compassionate and supportive. My approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed — I work under the impression that you are unique and the expert in your life and we just need to find the missing pieces to help you live the life you seek.

I often use elements of mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), feminist, and holistic approaches. Together we will find the right pace and modalities to best support you.
