What working with me is like
I want to help you become the version of yourself you want to see. Everyone is the story's author, and sometimes, we all need assistance or guidance to reach the next chapter. I believe that is where I come in to help you to the next chapter of your journey through life. I believe therapy is not "cookie cutter," so I approach counseling to meet your individual needs.

We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty. - Maya Angelou
Important about me
I have lived in Pittsburgh my entire life. I love sports! I was a high school and college athlete and have coached high school basketball and then volleyball for the past 7 years. That experience allows me to understand athletes from different lenses.
I know the importance of family and friends and how those relationships can help or hinder the person you want to become.
I believe in the importance of self-care and how important it is for our well-being.
