What working with me is like
My clinical style is interpersonal and I strive to create a nonjudgmental space for collaboration. Much of therapy involves exploring what feels meaningful to you and understanding what things from the past are showing up for you now. If you need to feel grounded, we can discover coping skills, resources, and structures that may help. If you need more freedom, we can leave space for exploration, creativity and play. Overall, the focus of our work will be on what you need most from therapy and building a strong therapeutic alliance.

"Creativity in and of itself is important for remaining healthy — remaining connected to yourself and remaining connected to the world” - Christianne Strang
Important about me
I have a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I am currently pursuing a PsyD in Clinical Psychology. Throughout my training, I have worked with a wide range of mental health concerns, including suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression, adjustment/stress, and substance use. I also have spent a lot of time working with children and adolescents in clinical contexts and community spaces, including creating literacy initiatives and rock climbing programs for youth. I look forward to helping people of all ages explore what brings them to therapy and find community resources, coping skills, and room for creativity!
