What working with me is like
My approach is holistic, tailored to each individual or family's unique needs. I blend evidence-based practices like narrative, family systems, TF-CBT, and play therapy to create a safe space for clients to explore emotions and build resilience. My presence is lighthearted, valuing both the work of therapy and reflecting on the existing strengths we all bring to the space.

Important about me
An ideal client for me is someone willing to be curious about their own experiences. Who, with time, value developing insight into themself and fostering their existing strengths while exploring areas of growth.
In addition to my professional identity, I am a young queer person. I bring this identity to the therapeutic space as a way to foster mutual understanding and respect. I am eager to come along on your journey of growth as you see it and hope to provide a space that allows you to feel comfortable expressing yourself as you are.
