Some Fun Facts
I enjoy taking walks, playing with my bulldog puppy, Phoebe, and spending quality time with my friends and family. In my downtime, I love listening to music (big Taylor Swift and Phoebe Bridgers fan) and rewatching New Girl and Fleabag!
What working with me is like
I provide counseling to teens and adults who experience stressors relating to anxiety, mood disorders (such as depression), life transitions, self-esteem, and relationships with self and others. I tailor the counseling sessions based on your unique needs and goals. Empathy, compassion, and being nonjudgmental toward feelings and experiences are the foundation of every session. We will work collaboratively to reduce distressing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors affecting your life and explore healthy coping skills to promote positive change. I am passionate about empowering and encouraging my clients through a collaborative and person-centered approach. You are the expert in your life and experiences, and I am honored to become a part of your journey of self-exploration and growth.
